Introduction

Accessibility is important to us. We want to ensure that all users, including people with disabilities, have access to our content and services.

Accessibility Status

Our website has been designed in accordance with the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) implementing the European Accessibility Directive (RL 2019/882). We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
According to automated testing with Google Lighthouse, our website achieves an accessibility score of 95%. We are continuously working on further improvements.

Description of Service

We provide access to Smart-Locker stations for contactless handoffs of items. You book a box online, receive access codes and complete the exchange independently – without meeting in person.

Interactive Maps: The location map is based on external services and may not be fully operable with screen readers.
PDF Documents: Some PDF documents (e.g. flyers) may not be fully accessible.
